Abstract
This Standard specifies the procedure to be followed in preparing sound immission maps and states the minimum requirements to be met with respect to input data and results. The characteristic values of the sound level to be used for representations in a sound immission map are identified. Furthermore, the emission data required, the methods for determination of sound immission, and the two-dimensional representation are specified.
Sound immission maps should be represented as rating-level maps, and as level difference maps or conflict maps to be derived thereof.
